ok so i installed Nvidia drivers as suggested by @NTN

Before uploading the WDV i will give it a bit of time just to make sure everything is initially stable.

    - - - Updated - - -

    Updated WDV:

Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

There are noticeable performance issues but it is atleast stable.

Run WDV with the current customized test settings for 24 hours.

Post a new V2 share link before turning off WDV.

If there are no BSOD then turn off WDV using verifier /reset

Monitor the computer using Reliability Monitor:
Reliability Monitor is the Best Windows Troubleshooting Tool You Aren’t Using

Play your favorite and most CPU/GPU stressful games.

If there are no BSOD then make a new restore point.

If possible, make free backup images and save the images to another disk drive or the cloud.

Any reason why the "randomized low resources simulation" wasn't selected?

Otherwise ill run this for the 24hrs.

Made sure GeForce Experience wasnt installed.

This customized test was used: [ ] 0x00040000 Systematic low resources simulation.
This customized test does not have to be used: [ ] 0x00000004 Randomized low resources simulation.
The Randomized as compared to the Systematic may not be reproducible.

    Ok so no BSOD's
I did a bit of gaming just to put some extra strain on the system and while it was slow in performance at times it was stable.

    Here is updated query settings:
Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

Please let me know when i can turn off driver verifier, i will leave it on for now.
