System Configuration > Boot > Advanced > Maximum Memory
Yes, as you saw in the Title, I used the checkbox on Maximum Memory and didn't change the value, after I pressed Apply, the system told me to restart and I did that, but then I couldn't boot up the system, it kept looping on blue screens. Somehow after typing something like this "bcdedit /deletevalue {default} truncatememory" on CMD at the advanced options I managed to get back in my PC, but the thing is that it felt sluggish, laggy and some of the apps took way too long to open and some of them didn't open at all. Clearly I sent my PC to get formatted but still after taking it back it feels laggy and apps take too long to open up. Is there some way to check all the default settings and know what is different or maybe that thing damaged my memory or something. If you can help it would be awesome. Thanks for your time.

Restart the PC and then do another sfc /scannow to see if everything is ok.

It feels better maybe, I don't know, I feel like tabs on browser and apps used to load way quicker, or maybe Im imagining it, anyways, Thank you so much for your time.

May do so cleaning too...and also let the system do maintenance.
And take a backup when it is ok.
And stay away of msconfig if possible, dangerous stuff there.
