Let's just start over and forget everything that has been discussed.
To troubleshoot this issue you need to remove all USB devices and do a boot into Safe mode with Boot logging. If it boots as it should, then boot with a normal boot. If not, then we need to start diagnosis by ruling out any drivers and/or hardware. If I had to make a fair guess, I would venture that a USB drive is the culprit. You do need to update the system with all current Windows updates.
