What causes other things' files folders download folder to open by themselves when I search the web old dell 755 is it my HD
Everything jumping around i did not click them and takes so long to be able to type something is lagging big delay to type?

Suggestion: get a more up to date PC, and don't tweak it.
Invasive actions on the user's part can lead to problems.
Clean install and start again.. and then you might be not be asking almost a question a day.
Use disk imaging regularly and routinely, starting that as early as possible after the clean install and use System Restore (have a restore point created on schedule as per tutorial).
Protect yourself from the impact of your own actions as well as the unexpected.

was gonna say the same, time to get a new computer and stop deleting stuff and tweaking stuff and just use it as intended.
if you dont know what you're doing just leave it alone, everything is there for a reason.

Its more likely the owner has deleted to many essential files or has an infected system from that dodgy looking USB stick, either way i dont think its the PC at fault.
