Not really.

I would think that sfc /scannow now would find and fix a missing DLL.


Also...

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

My check is if a .dll is missing the program won't run. The DLLs [Data Link Library] files are part of what is added in the Windows folder when a program is installed along with Registry entries and shortcuts.

i think if you'd want to run a program, and a ddl file is missing , it'll quickly tell you just that
