DISM OK SFC Fails?

Win 10 x64
DISM is successful but
Keep getting corruption errors from sfc that says can't be fixed.

Any ideas would be appreciated

SFC /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

Whenever SFC can't fix some errors... run: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth ...right "after" you run SFC.
Then when DISM is done... try running SFC again.

Then do what the tutorial says to do in such an eventuality.

Use Option 3 including, if there are irreparable errors, going online before running the DISM command explained at the end of Option 3.

And if it continues to have irreparable errors then extract them using option 5 and post only the extract not your entire CBS.log.
I would expect the advice in such an eventuality to either be, "Ignore them, they are not really errors", or, "Run a Repair install".

There is a software called sfcfix.exe, after you run sfc scannow then run sfcfix.exe. download sfcfix and try with that

Thanks for the try but it didn't work. Same result. The app u linked did say it was successful when it finished but when running sfc again I get an immediate error and says it can't fix the corrupted files.

Basics: check your disk (3rd party prog) and if ok run
chkdsk C: /scan
from an admin command prompt.
If one of those fails, post back.

If those pass, and you really feel the need to fix this, as advised above try an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs and data. Starting this can be and has been many times described in 4 lines. You will need a current iso file- MS media creation tool.
