When I open a zip file in Explorer it takes a second to decompress I think and show the contents. But when I go back to the normal files and folders, opening any folder now also takes a bit longer. Normally opening folders and viewing contents is fast. But after viewing the contents of a zip file, it takes 0.5-1 second to open each folder. The pointer changes to a spinning circle each time. This can be "reset" by restarting Explorer through task manager of by rebooting the pc.

I already tried SFC /scannow, chkdsk. I also disabled many shell extensions and menu items with Autoruns, ShellExView and ShellMenuView.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
