Recurring Microsoft Account Problem?

Win 10 Pro x64, v 21H2 (up to date).

Every day I get a pesky notification to fix this, on cold startup or 1st Restart?-
I've been fighting this for months, with several different AV's?
I've tried opening after 5-60 min, and it always comes back?

Am I doing something wrong, or what...?
