Random crashing when playing games and has continuous buzzing noise

I'm not sure what's causing it, but randomly my PC will just freeze on the last frame and continuously buzz (Exactly this: PC freezes and makes buzzing noise - YouTube). I'm not sure what I could give you guys to help me but just let me know. Thanks

Still crashing and can't find the problem. I've stress tested everything individually and ran Memtest for 10 passes yet still no errors. I tried using Prime 95 and it crashed with that aswell. I tried it with 1 stick of ram aswell and still crashes.

is this the only game it does it with?.. how long has it been since you have done a clean install of Windows ?.. have you tried using Display Driver Uninstaller and installing the latest gpu drivers for your gpu?

I clean installed my windows as soon as this problem started happened and it's with more modern games (Battlefield 4, Black Ops 3). I have tried uninstalling then installing the latest GPU drivers, yes.

did you do it with the display driver uninstaller?.. Windows automatically installs drivers without your consent and this causes corrupted drivers if you uninstall them through control panel.. display driver uninstaller removes your gpu drivers and tells windows not to automatically download any so you can do install the latest ones fresh without corruption.

have you done a malware scan with malware bytes at all? also a scan with Windows Defender wouldn't hurt.. ( it's built in with Windows 10. ) also monitor your temps with speccy to see how high your temps get while gaming.

I've turned off automatically driver installing and fresh installed the gpu drivers before and have still had problems.

I fresh installed windows so I didn't anything come up on malwarebytes.

And my temps are completely fine in games. ~60 on my CPU and 70-80 on my GPU.

My GPU barely goes over 58c while gaming.. that is quite high in my opinion.. I'm not a GPU expert but from my experience, that is high.. have you overclocked it at all? do you use liquid cooling or air cooling? have you cleaned out your PC in awhile?.. when is the last time you cleaned out your PC?

I cleaned it after I installed my windows again just 2 days ago. I don't think those temps are at all abnormal for playing high gpu load games at all.

No overclocking and air cooling with stock cooler.
