What are you torrenting? 400+ i would imagine questionable stuff. I would imagine that is the cause. If so, a bigger SSD and a reinstall wont help as you will be right back in the same situation.
a handful of movies and anime series, audio books, 3d printing files and a motorsport racing series that doesnt air in the US.

Hi, haven't seen a single screenshot from you of your task manager... although that was asked about earlier.

Please provide one in the following cases:
    a. Boot your PC and log in as normal. Do not open other programs. Wait 3 mins. Capture a screenshot of your task manager.

    Is your PC sluggish then?

    b. When your PC is particularly sluggish, again, capture a screenshot of your task manager.

    c. Boot to Safe Mode.
Is your PC sluggish then? Again, capture a screenshot of your task manager.

    d. Post the screenshots in order.

In what way is your PC sluggish? E.g.
    - mouse movement
    - launching programs
    - copying files
    - some other way..

How much free space do you have on C: ?
