Too many website connections fails opening internet dependent programs

If I have my windows laptop be connecting to too many websites at once, then some internet dependant programs fails to open, if I open them both at the same time.

    Below are the problemantic programs.

    • Microsoft Store
    • Amazon Music

Here is the combinations of openings which causes crashes.

    • Microsoft Store and Windows Settings
    • Microsoft Store and Microsoft Edge
    • Microsoft Store and just logging into my windows user account
    • Amazon Music and Microsoft Edge
    • Amazon Music and Windows Update
    • Amazon Music and Windows Settings
    • Amazon Music and just logging into my windows user account

See below screenshot and video for details.

If I want it to open without getting stuck stalling or crashing, then I'll have to wait for the other program to finish opening before I open the other one.

It seems to have something to do with the amount of website connections being made at the same time, rather than the amount of data being downloaded.

I'm using Windows 10 21H2, Comodo Internet Security and OpenVPN 2.5.7 (although my vpn is always turned off).

    Here's what I've already tried.
    • sfc and dism
    • Updating my wifi driver
    • Reinstalling the built in UWP apps using powershell (as described here)
    • Forgetting my wifi network
    • Disabling my wireless adapters
    • Turning on 1.1.1.1 DNS servers
    • Changing my wifi band from 2.4GHz to 5.1GHz
    • Disabling all vpn programs and services, from running at startup
    • Installing Wirecut to protect against ARP Spoofing Attacks
    • Clearing the icon cache, thumbnail cache and location history for File Explorer
    • Running the troubleshooters for search, power and windows apps
    • Using ipconfig /flush /release /renew commands as described here
    • Using netsh int tcp set and reset commands as described here

Hi, start by eliminating these two:
I'm using Windows 10 21H2, Comodo Internet Security and OpenVPN 2.5.7
Note: Comodo has sometimes been linked to upgrade failures.

You might, as an experiment, compare what happens when using Safe Mode with Networking.

After spending hours using trial and error to by uninstalling different programs to see which one was the culprit, I've managed to fix this problem by uninstalling Discord.
Also I've found that the version from the microsoft store, runs much better than the .exe installer from discord.com

It seems related to another issue that I was having at the same time, as it's happening much less, since I fixed this.
