SSDs and Tweaks to reduce write cycles and increase lifespan

    3 things to cosider:

    1. The amound of RW you save without indexing, trimming, no or reduced page file etc. is nothing in comparison with regular disk RW activities.
    2. SSD's are no longer that expensive
    3. SSD's lifetime is not too much shorter compared to HDD.

    Knowing that there is no much point to deal with SSD RW reduction.

    Thanks - great to hear. Trouble with the web is that although there is lots of goof information, there is also lots of outdated and incorrect information.
