    Windows 10 Freezing randomly

    Hi!

I have a problem with Windows 10. My computer freezes randomly, sometimes when I'm playing games, sometimes when surfing, ect. I do not get a BSOD, everything just freezes, just like this.

I have tried updating my graphic drivers, as well as my SSD firmware. I have also used Windows Memory Diagnostics, no errors found. Tried Samsung Magician for my SSD as well, didn't find anything there either.

    My specs:
    ASRock P67 Extreme4 REV B3
    Corsair 8GB (2x4096MB) CL9 1600Mhz XMS3
    Intel Core i5 2500K 3,3GHz
    Gigabyte Radeon HD6950 2GB
Samsung SSD Pro Basic 840-Series 256GB

Hi Haz, I'm experiencing the same problems with the random freezing on my system - just about the same specs as you.

Which BIOS version did you upgrade to?

    Thanks much.

I can't remember what version it was, this was a year ago. Try the latest version, maybe? :)

Hey thanks for replying. It was hidden, but I found the latest BIOS version 3.21a which fixes the freezing issue here:

Problem solved! By the way, this BIOS is for P67 Extreme4 1st gen.
