Here’s something else that could be relevant:
Method 1: Disable sleep mode through Settings.
Click on the Start button and select Settings.
Click on System > Power & sleep.
Under the Sleep section, expand the drop-down menu and select Never.
Method 2: Disable sleep mode through Power Options.
Type power options in the search box, and then press Enter to open the Power Options window.
On the left pane, click on the Change when the computer sleeps link.
Expand the drop-down menu next to Put the computer to sleep, select Never for On battery and Plugged in.
Click the Save changes button.
Method 3: Change advanced power settings through Power Options.
Type edit power plan in the search box, and then press Enter.
Click on the Change advanced power settings link.
Make sure that the Critical battery action and Low battery action settings under Battery are set to Do nothing.
