    Doesn't seem as if you've taken up my idea to look at previous threads where slow boot issues were analysed. Here's one example that should be easy to try:

    Suddenly experiencing slow boot times

    No guarantees- could be something else entirely.

    This is why it's good practice to have the O/S on a separate drive if possible. Win10 will inevitably or evenutally mess itself up and instead of chasing tails, a re-install will solve 99% of software issues and it takes around 20 mins, if that.
