afaik... evrytime boot i think win X always load "drivers" . sometimes load unnecessary or unused driver and some driver of some hardware that i even dont have it.
how to Prevent Win X to load unnecessary driver ?
i think that will release some memory and speed the boot

You're over-thinking things.
If you wish to look at (almost) everything that starts up and have the option to disable it see Autoruns (free from MS).
Warning- if you start randomly disabling things just to see what happens you might break something. This can be a dangerous tool in the wrong hands.
Back up your system. I hope you're using disk imaging routinely and regularly as is endlessly advised.
You maight expect up to 3 mins to lock screen with a HDD.speed the boot
With a SSD you can get that down to 9s (this 8 year-old laptop does that- my other one isn't as fast).
What makes you think it loads them i.e. reads them into memory?
If any of your discarded hardware had supporting applications then I can see that uninstalling them might save some memory [if they run 'Services' or are run at startup for other reasons]. Check in Control panel, Programs & features for such applications and uninstall them if you don't need them.

the tools print some driver that i already search at google the file (.sys .dll ) was owned by some hardware that not even exist on my laptop.
why i think it will be make my windows faster
i try the "lite" version by someone as far as i know it doesnt break the license because he doesnt make pre activated, still need enter the valid key before x days. (some of version asking when i want to install).
it very fast then i compare the log no file/driver of hardware that not exist on my laptop.
(ooT: maybe next reply u will ask... why u dont use that version, :P the answer is i hate popup "have been disable by ...." "file .... not exist please install etc )
because if that i think, if there is anyway to exclude the "pre-loaded" driver from boot maybe will make my laptop's boot going faster (perhaps will make little different of resources uses {from RAMMap})
