    Windows applications lag


    Some of my programs and applications are lagging. What do i do? I have no viruses or anything.

    Care to name those programs and applications, might get some replies with solutions?

    Does the problem exist after rebooting? Your "My Computer" gives nothing useful.

    I would start with a measurement of your Internet speed, both the Download and Upload speeds.
