Unknown System Service Causing Stuttering Graphics/Sound

    Hey guys,

I have this constant issue where some system.services start to blow up causing performance stuttering. It affects, the output of sound and video, though sometimes just sound and not video so the most common symptom is stuttering sound. Initially, I thought the issue was my built-in sound cards (ya there are two) so I went so far as to buy a discrete sound card, and yet the issue persists. I thought, if the sound is going through PCI-E surely it'd resolve any issues... heh It has not.

I did fix this once by removing suspect Asus colour sync drivers, which came with my claymore keyboard, but the issue has returned while I've not reinstalled the claymore driver pack.

While this glitching happens, my system.service spikes in resource consumption, so it's something in system.service package of services, which I have no visibility into with my current built-in windows 10 tools.

I've used DDU to clean out every driver it's able to and reinstalled from fresh downloads; DXDiag attached.

Does anyone have some suggestions as to what software I can run that will give me visibility into the system service package, such that I can Identify the offending service and subsequently nuke it?

At this point, I've wasted hours trying to fix it and more hours being frustrated, and I'm willing to let a third party remote in and solve the issue. Unfortunately, googling that type of service doesn't really provide a definitive source for a useful service provider.

I've had latency and audio drop outs with NVIDIA video cards and for that reason I only use AMD that I never had the problem with.

Gigabyte EasyTune has also been known to cause dropouts. I did not install it on my Gigabyte motherboard.

Download and run the free (and popular) Resplendence Latency Mon. Should show what is causing it.
Its what we use to "clean" recording studio PC's.
