Recent random freezes

Win 10 20H2 build 19042 1288

Windows had been working perfectly for a long time, then the last week or so I've started getting random system freezes (4 times this last week). I get a blue circle "working" icon that never finishes. I can move the mouse but can not change or affect the application I'm in with the mouse or keyboard and can not move to a different app or close. Control-alt-del has no effect. I have to crash/restart Windows 10 by holding the power button.

check under C:\Windows\Minidump if there are any dump files, and share them.

Also take look at the Reliability monitor and check for the cretical events that happened during the hangs/crashes, it can give you a clue about the application or service that's causing those hangs:

Happened again this morning with but blue circle and had to restart with power button.
I checked and Windows is set to save minidump in root of C but there is no dump file there.

Boot following last crash gave error:

The exception unknown software exception (Oxe0434352) occurred in the application at location Ox00007FFDCC8D4F99,

Could not get Win Explorer to start at that point.
Rebooted again and then Explorer started OK.

I followed the suggestions at How to solve unknown software exception 0xe0434352
sfc /scannow found and fixed errors.

Wating to see if that fixed it.

I don't see a dump file, but I see that the "Image Transfer Utility 2.exe" has crashed several times!
it's a Canon application (C:\Program Files (x86)\Canon\ImageTransferUtility2\Image Transfer Utility 2.exe)

Prevent this application from running at Windows startup and see if it helps;

Also make sure that Windows is up to date;

Prevent unecessary applications from running at windows startup

I don't see image transfer utility in startup, I see only the Canon:

Canon Advanced Printing Technology Printer Status Window Launcher

Which I think is not it?

I checked in C:\Program Files (x86)\Canon\ImageTransferUtility2\ but that directory does not exist

There is a C:\Program Files (x86)\Canon\CameraWindowLauncher with a CameraLauncher.exe in it but?
