    Of course I missed the point, 1 English is not my first language (So if it was a joke... I completely missed it), 2 this is completely off topic, as an hour is still an hour on every clock in the world, even if you're sitting on the south pole.

    And... It occurs 3 minutes past the hour for OP. Nothing more to add...
