    You didn't include the principle trace file, the big one with the .ETL extension !

    Ok...Just to be clear I ran these as 'reboot' since that's the problem. Also, there are 6 folders with etl files. Should I send them all?

    Windows is Loading Unusually Slowly-clipboard01.jpg
    As you can see there are 6 files .etl and yes they are huge. So which of these am I to Zip and send? Thank you for your patience!

    You have so many traces because you choose boot cycle and 3 iterations !

    You have to choose these options instead (only 1 iteration):

    I think your boot delay is caused by the RealTek audio driver (67s to load)

    The problem though is that you are at the latest driver version.

    Try to install the driver again:
    Realtek High Definition Audio Driver | Driver Details | Dell US

    if it doesn't solve your problem, try to Rollback to the earliest driver's version from the device manager:

    Interesting....The Dell support assistant showed an update for the REAL-TECH driver a few days ago but it failed upon installation. I will try it again later.
