It doesn't leave much for troubleshooting.

Can I ask you to fill up your computer details more precisely, It may help Someone spotting something.

    Hi,

    Can you take a boot trace so that we can troubleshoot that effectively;

Here is a tutorial on how to do it:

Note: After taking the boot trace, compress it before you upload it.

The boot trace will be an invaluable diagnostic tool and zinou will help you with that.

Further: around the time this started, did you
    - receive a significant Windows upgrade? (see your Update History?)
    - make any changes to your installed software- install or update anything for example?

This view may help as you can sort by order of date installed using the 'Installed on' column header.

However it's possible the underlying issue may be nothing to do with those.

Thanks....Yes there were updates to Windows this week and also Acronis.

Stymied here....I disabled all unnecessary startup items....So you are right...the underlying issue has nothing to do with startup times for the apps.

You will have to wait for the boot trace analysis. There are various possible causes. Consider that startups are usually launched after logging in- at least, the startups I expect you are thinking of.

You coud also post a screenshot of your Update History. Also look down to the bottom - drivers. Were there any driver updates in the period of interest?

I ran the WPR and have a folder of the results. Have no idea how to interpret them. Any help appreciated!

zinou needs to be able to see it - he said

Note: After taking the boot trace, compress it before you upload it.
    - it will be large, so you need to upload it to some cloud storage site and provide a link.

    zinou is waiting for you.
