A few monitoring apps for temp and voltages, other than that just what Windows provides and of course the vast knowledge base that is tenforums.
The thing with the majority of the 3rd party tools for "maintenance" IMHO, is that they just provide the same services the Windows tools provide, maybe just wrapped up a lot prettier. Some are truly useful, they allow you to see true folder sizes, or deeply buried settings easily, but mostly they are just re skinned Windows built in tools.

The only time I have had to repair (messed up NVME drivers), A online DISM did the job.

I have things like AutoRuns for managing startup stuff.
    I have hardware monitoring/tuning tools.
I use AutoPowerOptionsOK to auto put my PC in power saving profile when its idle long enough.
I use Intelligent Standby List Cleaner to trim the standby cache if needed.
I use WinAeroTweaker for some tweaks, one of very few tweaker apps I trust as all of its options are documented and also all verified on this site.
Anything else I do is manual, with a lot of the knowledge gained from the tutorials section on this site.

Hi, isaccasi, what I use in Windows 10 is nothing more than: various DISM commands, run from command prompt, Disk Cleanup - extended, some bats and regs from this forum and Driver Store Explorer - RAPR. The rest I leave for Windows Defender... Laptop is happy and healthy
can you share any DISM commands?
