What Performance/Maintance/Repair Tool Do You Use?

Hi Everyone, it has been a while since my last post.
I am just curious, which programs do you use to keep Windows 10 spinning?
I use Auslogics Boost Speed 12 Pro+WSCC & Windows Repair.
    Security: BTS+Adguard Desktop & Voodoo-Shield Free.
    Greetings

Hi, isaccasi, what I use in Windows 10 is nothing more than: various DISM commands, run from command prompt, Disk Cleanup - extended, some bats and regs from this forum and Driver Store Explorer - RAPR. The rest I leave for Windows Defender... Laptop is happy and healthy

I use nothing but the tools that come with Windows. I have a happy and healthy PC. I don't recommend using third party tools to "fix" or "tune" windows. They are often more trouble than they are worth.

    I 100% agree.
    dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase
    sfc /scannow
    cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr /sagerun:65535

All my computers just run. I have maybe 1/2 of 1% of the problems I read about here.

    C Cleaner

I've been using C Cleaner for years and can not honestly say if it's doing anything. It does show cleaning and also the register. But how can anyone really tell what it is really doing? Isn't this the same for any other "cleaner"? They look like they are doing something, and I can only hope it's for the best. But also, the Windows tools. I do like Defraggler. Same with Defender. I recently had a major problem with my PC. The repair person simply reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 10 and that seemed to be the answer. But then, I found out from a friend about an A/V that the govt/military uses. Called ESET. It comes with a free trial, and asks for no credit card. At the end of the trial, if you want to keep it, it costs $50 for individual home use. IMHO from the first week or two of using it, I am very pleased with it and will pay when it's due. I realize an A/V is not what the original question was, but this is all about how to maintain a clean machine. There seems to be a lot of free stuff online, but "el caveat emptor"!

    ADATA SSD ToolBox
    AOMEI Backupper
    Driver Store Explorer
    HiBit Uninstaller
    Windows Repair Toolbox
    Wise Disk Cleaner
    Wise Registry Cleaner

I turn off PC running Wise cleaners plus some manual cleanup.
After Windows updates I run Windows Cleanup, then create a backup.

Basically nothing. I let Windows take care of itself.

I'm sure glad that works for you. I've heard from very reliable sources that that is dangerous. El Caveat Emptor means buyer beware, but in your case, you must be extremely Lucky! If you had been me, you'd be in deep trouble about now. I relied on Windows the same as you when I ran into the "blue screen of death".

CCleaner definitely does things. Before I got rid of it a couple of years back, it deleted a registry key that was necessary for maxView Storage Manager software to manage my Microsemi (Adaptec) RAID cards. Not fun at all running that issue down.
