    Dell Precision 5550 Long Boot Time - Trace Run - IntelAudio?


    Dell Precision 5550 startup is taking approx. 3 minutes, with 2:20 of that time spent on the Dell logo. I ran a xbootmgr trace and found that the 2:20 seems coincide with a Device Startup for "IntelAudio".

    --UPDATED--

    Uninstalled Realtek Application, restarted and issue was fixed. The RealTek driver was the "intelaudio" device that was hanging on startup, but I had to uninstall the application from the Control Panel > Programs and Features for it to remove both audio devices and not immediately reinstall on restart.
