Weird System FPS/Audio Lag at Random Times

So, about middle of last month I started having this issue, and I don't know what is causing it... at random intervals, everything will "slow down" for 1-2 seconds like someone reduced the playback speed on a video, aside from that, I have no other problems, no other system instability, nothing. I can be playing games and it happens and it's no worse than if I was just watching something online when it occurs. So I'm not sure where to even begin.

Well, the program won't even launch for me.

It analyzes the system and shows if any program, service... cause system to hold.

Just got it running. I don't even know what to take note of. lol

Keep it running until your problem occurs. Then check which driver, service could cause it (longest response time)

Dxgkrnl.sys seems currently has highest reported ISR routine execution time right now, followed by CLASSPNP.SYS for the highest reported DPC routine execution time.

And latencies are in green, or red?


Culprits are usually:
-anti-vir software (Bitdefender is known for that),
-graphic drivers (Nvidia - reinstall newest),
-system (run sfc /scannow)

The ISR which has dxgkrnl.sys was approaching red it was in the maroon-orange color, but the DPC which was CLASSPNP.SYS was still in dark green.

I don't use any third part AV software, I do need to install the newest drivers, but despite doing that over the past month, the issue has remained. Only thing I haven't done is the system scan.

Probably Nvidia drivers. try reinstalling it with DDU. (Display driver uninstaller).

i see you have older system there. Maybe check thermal solution on your CPU
