This is a difficult point for me, because I'm not able to keep track of times and days that well. But when would it be the best to do maintenance or to let someone do the maintenance for me? I think this is a personal matter as well. But, maybe you have a few tips and pointers to help me out with this question?
There isn't any maintenance required.
If something breaks and it's a cheap repair, I'll repair it.
If not, I'll just buy a new computer.
If it doesn't break at all, then after six or eight years it's time for a new computer anyway.

You should probably blow the dust out of the computer, about once a year.

Okay, I don't know how dusty my environment is or how much dust got into my computer. I bought the computer at a company called SU Computers in the Netherlands. I'm not sure if I'm able to get dust out of my computer myself, or if I should contact the company I bought it from to let it do for me.
It's fairly simple. Just get some cans of compressed air, shut the computer off and open the case, and blow out the dust.
The cleaner your environment, the less often you have to do it.
Some people only have to do it once every 5 years
Don't lose any sleep over it. I just wanted to point it out.
If the case is on the floor then it will pick up more dust bugs than if it placed higher up on a table/shelf. Even more stuff if the floor is carpeted. Blowing it out yourself is much easier than removing all the cables, and there is the risk of dropping it during transportation.
Thank you for pointing out, I will take a look at it. Don't know if I can open the case myself. This will also remind me to keep my room clean and often cleaning and dust off.

Now you are mentioning cables, I want to do some cable management. But don't know how. I'm wanting to work those cables away nice, tidy and clean. I don't know if the dust can get out ofthe case, I will see.

I use Swiffer dry sheets and cover all my intake vents. Keeps the majority of dust out of the PC.
