    So, what now?
Windows Performance Analyzer showed the boot time which was 146 seconds (about 2-1/2 minutes) which is OK.

The batch file you executed measured the restart time which is the shutdown time + boot time = 10 minutes

Since your boot time is about 2-1/2 minutes then it must be taking about 7-1/2 minutes for your computer to shut down.

Does that sound right? Is your computer really taking that long to shut down?

No! Shutdown is pretty much normal regarding timings, which also is confirmed when I shutdown and power on, very normal timings.

This 7-1/2 minutes is being spent on windows loading screen + spinning circle, as already stated, but only if a reboot is requested. Normal power on is not taking this timing anymore (after following @TairikuOkami suggestion of uninstalling SAT/AHCI Controller).

This takes ~8 minutes to finish...

To sum up, I could live without rebooting the computer, triggering a shutdown+power on instead. But this is not right... There is no reason for the reboot to take this amount of time...

    Hi,
A new ssd already at 91% health after only 5 months is terrible
Which exact ssd did you buy ?

Disk partitions free space look fine.

It is a crucial SSD. I agree, that it is not something expected for 5 months, but I don't think that my issue is related to health, since everything else have normal timings.

I could find, after some dig, people from here that related exactaly the same problem as I do. WPR/WPA showing shorter timings, but the actual one is higher. Unfortunately, they couldn't get into a solution, other than a repair with an in-place upgrade of Windows 10. That's what I'm going to try today.

    Hi,
Crucial is a brand not a model
I was asking which exact ssd, brand and model all have crappy cheap ones.

That is a good thing to do first refresh install
Clean install would be nuclear lol

But loosing nearly 10% in 5 months is a defect.

The SSD wear being at 91% already is highly unusual and suspicious. I don't think that expecting anything else about this disk to be normal or typical is a logical approach.

Do you have a spare HDD or SSD that could be installed for a test boot?
Obviously, you would have to Clean Install an OS to perform this test, however; the time required to complete this definitive test would likely be far less than the time spent so far + any future troubleshooting time.

You would always have the ability to replace the temporary spare HDD or SSD with the suspect SSD should another disk also suffer from the extended boot time.

This would prove the suspect disk as being the problem or not while protecting the existing data on the SSD.

    Just my 2 cents.

The OP may right-click on the Start button --> Windows PowerShell, run the following command, and post the output:

    Get-Disk|Select FriendlyName,BusType,Size|FT -A

Clean installation takes much less time than troubleshooting, as the old saying goes.
