This is not a boot trace !

In the performance scenario select Boot insrtead of "General":

This is not a boot trace either; it's only 9 Mb of size.
a boot trace when you have a boot delay could be more than 300 Mb !

How are you recording the boot trace?

here is a video that could help:

    Wpr 2021.08.01

I set up the trace as was suggested above. Either the file compression of file transfer did not go right. This link is the same file as before, recompressed and re-uploaded (260 mb - zipped).

    WeTransfer

Also, I get this error (see attached) before I am able to run the trace.

It seems that your problem is related to your huge profile !

Delete all the content under "C:\Users\JohnB2\AppData\Local\Temp" and your boot time will be back to normal.

Thanks! That did it. Would you tell me where you spotted this after opening the WPR I sent you in the WPA?

C:\Users\JohnB2\AppData\Local\Temp is the folder where all User temporary files are stored.
There are also Windows temporary files (C:\Windows\Temp) and browser cache etc.
You should run disk cleanup (%windir%\system32\cleanmgr.exe) at least once a month.
If you use CCleaner it will also clean other trash files
