    Can i delete temp files with secure delete context menu, it it safe?

    That is one option. You can also Delete Temp Files using Disk Cleanup . . .

    I used Windows Disk Cleanup a lot last time but I do not want to use Windows Disk Cleanup

    I don't see reason to secure delete temporary files, these files don't hold sensitive data files.
