    Looks like they locked you from making changes
    Maybe look at throttle stop

    You do not need a High Performance Power plan.

    It does nothing for your fps, just increases power consumption which means increased chances of thermal throttling, which is counter productive.

    CPUs are good at increasing their clock speed when required, a setting like 100% minimum just does nothing but increase power consumption.

    Dell seems to have removed most of the settings with good reason.
    I suspect people fiddling around in there with next to zero knowledge of what they are doing, and getting a lot of returned Laptops badly configured, overheating, performing badly etc.

    @HydroMan - One click in ThrottleStop is the easiest way to access the Windows High Performance power plan when it is hidden. After you do this, it will immediately be available in the Power Options.
