    Horrible PC Performance 21H1 19043.1055

Seems like my issues started after update KB5003637. My frame rates in Cold War dropped by more than half. In just the menu screens sometimes I drop to around 20fps. Maps take forever to load and half the time I lose connection now. If I do get in a game my FPS will drop below 30. I used to play on mostly medium settings w/ some highs and lows mixed in and could get 70+Fps. I have an i72600s (which is old but the game had run fine), an AMD RX570, 16GB of RAM, and 16GB of RAM. I have tried many things such as repairing the game install, fully uninstalling graphics drivers and reinstalling, emptying cache folders, SFC scan, etc etc....I have never had such a performance drop after an update so I am not sure what is going on, but it is very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Have you tried Settings>update and security>uninstall update?
How old is the PC ?

    - - - Updated - - -

Could you also amplify the double "etc" and was it ---sfc /scannow--- followed by ---dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth---?

I did try uninstalling it, but it was a "security" update so it was not an option. I also tried the powershell command to remove it and it would not let me do it that way either. For DISM i used checkhealth, restorehealth, and componentcleanup followed by the sfc /scannnow. I ended up doing in inplace upgrade and it seemed to solve the issue. I am back to getting 70+ FPS in Cold war and the other games I have tried seemed fine.
