Never even heard of it but probably don't have it as folder was cleared with only one complaint asking if I was sure.

That got me snooping. I did have the health tools installed, guess by default back on 4/21. I regularly delete the LCU. I just now uninstalled the Health Tools. All gone, bye-bye.

F14, where is that 'health' situated?

It installs as a program (check installed programs).

Okay for me maybe it got left behind on uninstall if previously disabled.
