The ISO is currently uploading to my Onedrive, I expect it to be ready for sharing in 20-30 minutes but please be aware that it may take more time depending on the speed of uploading.

The link for downloading the 1607 Anniversary Update ISO <link removed>
It'll be temporary available, after some time I'll remove the share link.

    Anniversary Update ISOs are available

As posted in this thread, you can find a Windows 10 ISO download page at Microsoft.com. It provides an ISO for the Anniversary Update. It's available on the page entitled Download Windows 10 ISO File.

Thank you for the iso file. I have successfully downloaded it to my hard drive. Here is what I have tried this afternoon:
I downloaded Image Health to c:\image_health. I extracted the files to that location. I right clicked on ImageHealth.cmd and choose properties. I did NOT find an unblock option.
I took the Windows10_1607_Englishx64.iso and mounted the file in a virtual drive (K). I executed ImageHealth as administrator and ran option 1. Result was Store is repairable. Then I ran option 2 which returned error 0x800f081f (Source files not found). Then I ran option 3 which resulted in Access Denied error. Then I tried the following command line: cmd as administrator. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:K:\sources\install.esd /LimitAccess . This also resulted in the Source Files could not be found message. OK, what am I doing incorrectly, please?

Eject the mounted drive from the ISO, mount it again and run option 3 from the tool straight, make a screenshot of the problem and post it.

I redid the procedure as you instructed. I did not get the decompressing message as before, but the process still ended with the error unable to find source. The final screen shot (3) is the same as previously.

The only reason I could think of why it might happen is because the Windows 10 versions are different, I find that odd because the ISO was created with a new media creation tool I downloaded yesterday. I assume you don't have multiple Windows 10 ISO's?
