What are the pagefile settings? I ask because Windows can efficiently utilize RAM and pagefile if left to its own devices.

You could also try finishing all Chrome processes and check with Edge.

Hey guys! I am currently using Windows 10, My memory usage is fluctuating between 85%-95%, and I cannot seem to find out the reason why. I downloaded RamMap to see what my Nonpaged Pool was at, and it is sitting at 4,851,008 K. This is definitely what is causing the issue. I then downloaded Process Explorer to see if I can see what is taking up all of the Nonpaged Pool, and Nothing in there is using anywhere close to as much memory as being described. I could really use some help!

If you only have 4GB of RAM, it's gonna show that much usage all the time.
On my system, normal amount of RAM in use is like 3.8GB, and I don't have much running in the background.

That's Bitdefender Internet Security, AIDA64 Extreme, and an average of 4 tabs in Firefox.
I have almost all the bells and whistles turned off in Windows 10 as well.
