Did you try the WinX solution? I don't see any pop-up with that technique.
I use 2004 but have no idea about 20H2.

A workaround or compromise is the next best thing, especially when trying to rejig M$ Windows stuff.
Some of those other methods in Brink's tutorial also successfully bypass that dialogue window.

You could save a shortcut on your taskbar or desktop for a vbs script that would utilize the Command line shutdown method.

I like the WinX method, I'm glad you asked the question.

I hunted high & low unsuccessfully, trying to locate a 'kill the dialogue box solution'. Maybe one of the many talented members here has a fix.
