    Hi all
    Thanks for suggestions.
    1. what does normal specifically mean, i.e. what should I expect in my case?
    2. any optimization tools recommended to debug my issue? As mentioned I have tried system mechanic and ccleaner wo. any substantial effect.

It is normal for a restart to take 90 seconds on an HDD as shown in my screenshot.
It is worse than normal to take 163 seconds on an SSD in your case.

Have you tried HD Tune website?

Unfortunately, the BSOD analysts do not use it.

    The script found nothing wrong.
Try HD Tune and see whether it will find something wrong.

    Thanks Matthew.
Will try this HD tune script now.
Another question: seems that the restart-time.vbs script is not consistently providing the result.
So why is that and where do I find the result in the case it is not displayed?
