You can try find the driver one by one, by checking it on the device manager. If it is not listed on device manager, try googling it. You can check all of the *.sys files, it usually related. I have these memory leak problems before too.

What I mean is you have to find the "Nonp" one. From what I read in some articles you have to find the tags categorized as Nonpaged. not the Paged :)

You're welcome. it's been a pleasure to help. I have the same issue too.
Oh, and FYI: if you are sure that every drivers already been fixed, and those tags never came up again in poolmonitor- but your RAM is still high(or less higher than before), you may need to read M$'s newest explanation here, in "memory manager improvements".

Hello, having the same problem with this "Proc" tag, increasing in memory usage overtime. Here's a list of the ".sys" I found under it:
    3ware.sysahcache.sys
    amdacpksd.sys
    appid.sys
    arcsas.sys
    atikmdag.sys
    bridge.sys
    dumpsd.sys
    dxgmms2.sys
    fltMgr.sys
    ksecdd.sys
    megasr.sys
    mlx4_bus.sys
    mvumis.sys
    pdc.sys
    rzpnk.sys
    VerifierExt.sys
    VSTXRAID.SYS
    Wdf01000.sys
    WUDFRd.sys
I'm gonna check them all later, but it would be cool if you posted yours as well if you come back to update this thread.

Ok, here's an update to my previous post:

The driver causing memory leak with the "Proc" tag was apparently "rzpnk.sys", which is a razer driver for the surround software. Uninstalled it, and "proc" isn't using huge amounts of memory anymore.

But, the problem is not over. Memory leak is still happening, except now the tag on poolmon is "smNp", which is "rdyboost.sys". Now, I have no idea why, because I'm not using this feature. Still looking for a way to solve it.

I've tried many things, poolmon, deactivating superfetch, etc... I went in Task Manager and looked at Service Host: Local System. It always takes more and more memory. I developped the tree on it and disabled one by one the services shown. Finally, the one faulty was Windows Update Service. Once I disabled it, problem was solved. My memory usage is stable around 35-40%.

My problem is with the "system" in task manager. I still don't know how to disable ready boost, and the problem continues, but not as bad as before with the razer driver. It's always the "smNp" tag consuming a lot of memory.

Apparently, windows announced in their blog that this is actually a feature, of their memory management

Hi. A couple of days after Windows 10 was released i upgraded from previous Windows 8.1. I had a problem with windows 8/8.1 with my Disk usage always going up to 100%, this problem carried over to windows 10 luckily so did the easy fix for it. (For me disabling Background intelligence Transfer service and Superfecth seems to do the trick)

However lately I've gotten a new problem, with the memory usage being at 80% up to 100%.

    Attachment 32711Attachment 32712
It seems to be hidden processes so does anyone know how i can find the source of this?
I tried downloading Windows driver kit (The latest one i could find was for Win8/8.1) and poolmon was able to show me the hidden processes.
    Attachment 32713
However when trying to identify the processes xperf doesn't seem to want to work with me
    Attachment 32714
I'm not that good on this kind of stuff and all this was just me reading and trying out methods that i found when looking for help.
So does anyone know how i can fix this?
