Did you run a Clean boot?

What you see may not be what you've got. Why don't you run a disk speed benchmark?

I don't know why it's doing this. But when I run the disk speed benchmark it goes all the way up to 96 Mbps, but when it stops it's still at 100% at around 1 Mbps???
It's currently stuck on this, so I have no clue if this is normal or not.HDD Maxing out at 1 MBPS-gzzkdp4n_.png

For some reason benchmarks don't help here. Try the practical test I suggested just to convince yourself of the issue, then assuming that's so, time to actually try finding a solution.

I apologize for asking twice. But what should I do again? Run a clean boot?

And you can try rolling back those recent driver updates in turn, checking they are not reapplied after a restart.

Why you didn't let the test end?

Your Barracuda St2000dm008-2fr102 has a Advanced Format (AF)
That is not a conventional 512, 520, or 528 bytes per sector as it has 4096 bytes per sector.
This AF allow you to have MBR drives bigger than 2.2G. It has a special hardware to convert the AF.
If the drive has been initiated on a different way than the default it can explain the behavior.
Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    fsutil fsinfo ntfsinfo c:

Jumanji is the disk guru. Maybe he can help.

What? I don't really understand what you are saying. I thought it wasn't working because of how long it took. I will run the test again and get back to you!
