Not a BSOD but Microstuttering and Consistent Errors in Event Viewer

I'm running Windows 10 on a Lenovo Thinkpad Extreme Gen 2 (Specs in Bio). I'm experiencing micro stuttering on the regular. A freeze or hiccup every 3-4 seconds. I have the Thinkpad linked to an eGPU running to my monitor, however, the micro stutters occur on both the Built In Laptop Display and the External Monitor.

It may be related to something popping up in Event Viewer, unsure. Screenshot Attached Below. Unsure where to even begin debugging the micro stutters.

As the header says: Please do not post anything other than Windows 10 Blue Screen Of Death problems in this section.

I'll ask an Admin to move this to General Support ... moved to Performance and Maintenance instead.

I suggest that you follow the guidance given in your Event Viewer output. It suggest an issue with an onboard component. The board and/or the PC may need to be RMA'd.

This information is from 2017 and 2019. Stale to say the least. The OP laptop appears to be of 2020 vintage or newer. There is a chance the info you provided is accurate however the frequency and number of events suggest further investigation is warranted.

As for myself, if I was experiencing this the manufacturer and I would going round and round about it. Each to his own though.
