    I'm still here, I just haven't had much time to further resolve the issue with my job. It's insane at FedEx since Covid, Simulus, AND Tax season are all rolled up into one loosely wrapped burrito.

    I have ran Ashampoo WinOptimizer, did a full software cleanse, registry clean, and disabled Remote Compression.
    Now I'm getting much better speeds on 40gb files. So the best advice was from the original reply given by Wobitancrawfodi

Hi. I was trying to copy a 2gb file over to another folder, and the transfer speed dropped down to kilobytes or even bytes per second. Sometimes, however, it wildly fluctuates all over the place - from 4KB/s to 50MB/s. How can I fix this? Thanks.
