I Got the SRT-Trailtxt.error, help me please.

I don't know if this has been posted here before but I got the repeating restart loop on my laptop last friday morning followed by the blue screen and the Srttrailtxt error message, I have a Lenovo thinkpad 100S laptop and it had just gotten fixed/repaired two months ago (on February 25th) and iit went wrong yesterday, I couldn't even get into safe mode with network to do it and I don't know which commands in cmd can fix this. Please help in anyway that you can.

According to the people at the shop, it was due to not doing all of my updates which I thought I did. I don't know when it will get back from the factory.
