System doesn't want to fully wake from sleep after it's slept awhile

System doesn't want to fully wake from sleep after it's slept awhile - wakes fine if woken immediately.

So, as the title says, I have an issue where my system will not fully wake up if left alone for an hour or so, this is what happens:
Mouse gets power but no response that I can tell:

Monitor does not come back on
Keyboard does not come back on
I have to hold the power button to force a restart

If I let it sleep and awaken it within 20 minutes or so, it doesn't exhibit these issues... My tech guy that I'm thinking about seeing after I get some money on the first seems to think it's a motherboard issue, I'm kindof on the fence of whether it's a motherboard or windows 10 issue.

Recently within the past couple of hours I did a "reset this pc" just incase it was anything that could be windows related, haven't let it sleep for over a hour since... yet. But it has slept for 20 minutes after I did this and awoken without issue.

Not too entirely sure but I'm thinking it might be the battery acting up & the motherboard "forgetting" some settings when it wakes back up after a while

Check your power plan settings - make sure it's not set to hibernate after a period of sleep.

I don't have a hibernate option available in my power plan, that option would be located under the sleep menu's. So instead doubled down and used admin cmd prompt to disable it.

    Code:
    powercfg.exe /h off

    From Device Manager:
Under both "Keyboards" and "Mice and other pointing devices" sections:
    - Right click on each device and for the ones that have a "Power Management" tab:
"Allow the computer to turn off this device ..... " should be unchecked
"Allow this device to wake the computer" should be checked.

Hi those options are set like that by default, I’m going to let it sleep for a while now and post back after about a hour or so

Yes they are. Also from another post.

Windows Key + R > type eventvwr in the "Open" box > OK > expand "Custom Views" and then right-click "Administrative Events" > select "Save all events in Custom View As" and save as an .evtx file

Then make the resulting .evtx file available via a public folder on OneDrive.
    events.evtx - Google Drive

    and logs from msinfo
    hwinfo.nfo - Google Drive
