    Hi,
    can anyone tell me why I can't change the security properties of immersive shell while changing the owners in the registry key in administrators?

    From what I understand Administrators don't have "Full control" on key.

    It's not clear to which security property you're referring but it looks like you're bothered with Event ID 10016:
