    did you take this boot trace using Windows Performance Recorder (WPR) or xbootmgr?

    Yeah. xbootmgr can miss some events. I would prefer to take a trace using WPR:

    I think the delay is caused by a dirty volume snapshot!

    Try the fix suggested in this thread:

    Can you run these commands as an administrator and paste the screenshots of the result:

    1. vssadmin list volumes
    2. vssadmin list shadows
