Just tried it again, but no joy
By the way, how many objects do you have in the CEIP folder?
I only have three, UsbCeip, KernelCeipTask and Consolidator.
I have seen mention of an Uploader object as well?

It's called "ProgramDataUpdater" and it is in the Application Experience folder.

The 3 task you mentioned are in the Customer Experience Improvement Program. All three of these should be disabled.

Did you disable the 3 tasks in the "Application Experience folder" as well?

Yup, disabled all tasks in both folders

Have spent the day doing a complete clean install of W10 and all my apps... still same problem

Will keep checking and advise back if I find anything
