HDD is about to fail, bad sectors...

So I have a problem with my HDD (Seagate Barracuda 2TB st2000dm008 7200 RPM) that I bought in May 2020, I've been using it since then, and when I checked it's health in HD sentinel and other programs it showed %4 health like on this screen:

I currently have no issues with it, but I hear clicking (the so-called sound of death or w/e) a lot, and when I right click it takes a lot (5-10) seconds to load things, I also had some corrupted files and I used to go to My Computer and then "Scan this drive". Windows would give me option to repair it, and when that happens, on next reboot it would just repair things in 15 seconds, what I want to say is that I never ran a full CHKDSK scan through the command prompt. I'm writing this because I need your help and your opinion, I ordered a new Toshiba P300 2TB drive that's about to arrive soon, and I'm about to replace this failing hard drive, but before I replace it I would like to give it a shot and run full CHKDSK to see if anything can be fixed which is, highly unlikely. I also forgot to mention that my main system drive is SSD (Samsung 970 EVO Plus) and I'm not sure how can I run CHKDSK on my other failing hard drive which is D:

The disk is probably still under warranty.
The disk drive is failing and need to be replaced ASAP.

To run check disk on the C: drive open a CMD window as administrator and type:
chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and if you want to schedule to next start = yes
Restart

I personally only buy WD first grade line like WD gold

What do you mean by "it will write bad block to a new drive" ?

Also, what's the difference between CHKDSK /f and CHKDSK /r, should I run both or only /f ?

I want to point out that I have no problems with my primary system drive which is my SSD, I only have problem with my data hard drive which is HDD

Open a cmd window and type chkdsk /?

Guys I really appreciate your rapid response to my topic, regarding the cloning, I don't even know what cloning is, and I don't even plan to clone anything because:
1) i'm not sure if it's safe as the guy above said that it can transfer bad sectors
2) on that hard drive I only have some media files (from shadowplay, games, etc.) and maybe not even 5GB of important files that I'm gonna backup on my external Toshiba DT01ACA100 hard drive that I've been using for 3 years now and when I last checked it's health in HD sentinel it was on 100% health and performance.

I'm gonna do a backup manually to my another external HDD as I said, but what I plan to do with this HDD is either:

1) attempt running full CHKDSK to try to fix the bad sectors
2) keep utilizing it simultaneously with my new HDD (Toshiba P300) until it finally dies
3) replace it when my new HDD (Toshiba P300) arrives

When you clone a drive to another drive, you clone all the data [ Sectors ] on the Disk [ Partition(s) ], INCLUDING the Bad Sectors.

It is true if you clone cluster by cluster (it is the real clone) that take much longer as it also copy empty clusters.

Normally, disk image programs reads the source file and copy to the target drive. Empty clusters or bad clusters aren't cloned.
That is why the program only accept healthy drives and the "cloned" drive is de fragmented.

Don't waist your time. The drive is dead.
