    Same as earlier post.
    They are all diagnostic.
    They display information about:
    disks
    volumes
    partitions
    etc.

    So there aren't any changes to the OS that I might not be aware of? Sorry I just like to know what I'm doing to my PC.

    diskparinfo makes no changes to the OS.
    tuneup.bat may make changes to the startup and system failure and virtual memory / page file settings to optimize dump formation. Sfc /scannow can fix OS corruption. Restorhealth can fix component store corruption. Chkdsk can fix the drive file system.

    The manual commands are similar to the commands in the scripts.

    Another failed Macrium image having just run DISM restore health a day ago.

    Edit: Correction - just checked the Macrium log and error was destination drive missing. External drive is playing up again.
