diskparinfo is a script to view information about the drives:
disks
volumes
partitions
recovery status
etc.
V2 collects many logs including
event viewer
msinfo32
dxdiag
WER windows error reporting
BSOD and live kernel crashes
CPU, RAM, GPU, Motherboard data
etc.
The logs may have reports about the problems: corruption, fails, errors, crashes, etc.
The diskparinfo should allow future steps to check the file systems on other partitions.
I see your drive is a 850 Evo SSD.
Is the firmware up to date?

or download the Evo 850 firmware
