It seems that you have a raid configuration over multiple Western Digital disks.
the boot trace shows that the delay is probably caused by the amd_xata.sys driver. This driver is outdated (2015).

Update this driver as a first step.

i dont have any raids setup either using software or hardware raid.

Have you updated the amd_xata.sys driver?

waiting for the machine to boot and yes i will be installing the latest chipset and raid drivers from AMD site.

EDIT: chipset drivers installed fine, RAID driver install failed -

the chipset update did not fix the issue, still takes about 11minutes to boot to the login screen.

should i try making a restore point and renaming/removing the amd_xata.sys driver file(s) i found in device manager:

i cannot seem to find those drivers included in the chipset or raid packages from current amd, they might have been from my old 970 or B450 chipset motherboard

EDIT: renaming the sys files and uninstalling the devices from device manager fixed the issue.

It seems that you migrated your Windows 10 installation from an old motherboard; that could explain why it kept these old drivers !
